So that when you next re-start windows these nasty things don't re-install and run themselves....
This is Important!!
How to turn off system restore:
Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore - turn it off & restart
YOU MUST USE THE FOLLOWING IN THE ORDER THAT THEY APPEAR
1: Spybot

(This Checks your PC for Malware first)

2: Crap Cleaner
|
|
(This finds and removes the Crap/Un-Wanted things)
|
3: Ad-Aware
|
|
(This Checks again for AdWare)
|
After running the above and cleaning your system just re-boot, re-enable "System Restore" and re-boot again and all should be as new.
